Development Process
A structured five-stage process that eliminates ambiguity. Every step is documented, reviewed, and approved before proceeding -- reducing risk and protecting your timeline.
We review your concept documentation -- references, sketches, CAD files, or mood boards. Together we define scope, material direction, and key technical constraints.
Our team develops or refines 3D geometry with manufacturing tolerances applied. Mold feasibility, parting strategy, and structural integrity are assessed and resolved at this stage.
Physical prototypes produced in-house. Form, proportion, surface finish, and structural behavior validated before any production tooling is committed.
Wax formula, color system, and surface treatment developed in parallel. Burn testing, scent-throw evaluation, and color batch documentation completed with client approval sign-off.
Full production run with structured QC checkpoints. Pre-shipment inspection reports provided. Consistent output across every unit -- at every order volume.
