Services &
Project Engagement
ZLCandle provides private label candle manufacturing services. All project proposals, quotes, and timelines provided are estimates and are subject to change. A formal Manufacturing Agreement, which will be provided upon project commencement, will govern the specific terms of our engagement, including but not limited to product specifications, payment schedules, and delivery terms. These Terms of Service are supplementary to any such Manufacturing Agreement.
Intellectual
Property Rights
A. ZLCandle's Intellectual Property
All intellectual property owned by ZLCandle, including our brand, proprietary formulas, and manufacturing processes, remains our exclusive property.
B. Client's Intellectual Property
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all designs, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property you provide to us for your project ("Client Materials"). You grant ZLCandle a non-exclusive license to use the Client Materials for the sole purpose of manufacturing your products. You agree to indemnify and hold ZLCandle harmless from any claims arising from our use of your Client Materials.
Confidentiality
We recognize that you may share confidential business information with us during our engagement. ZLCandle agrees to treat such information with confidentiality and to use it only for the purpose of providing our Services. Likewise, you agree to keep any proprietary information about ZLCandle's processes or pricing confidential.

Warranties
